Cutting board may NOT go in dishwasher. Wash by hand only, using soap and warm water. Do not soak cutting board in water. If cutting board is exposed to high heat, wood may expand and crack. To keep cutting board in like new condition re-apply 'mineral oil' which can be found at your local super market.
